Binubuksan ko minsan tong site na toh pero about the attendance thingy, ngayon ko lang talaga nalaman... so i think hindi niyo na-inform ng mabuti yung mga ibang miyembro. Look, almost all hindi nakapag-attendance. walang kinalaman yung tinatamad thing, hindi niyo lang na-inform ng mabuti. Kung hindi pa ako naglaro ng GC nung mid ng March hindi ko pa toh nalaman... well.. un ung side mo..

on our side.. me and lei message everyone on the guild bago pa man magstart ng attendance policy, nakasulat narin xa first page ng gc boards.., nasa unahan din ang section nah toh, so i dont think nah nagkulang kami sa pag inform sa mga members at sa mga new members.. since policy din toh para sa mga newly joined members..

tska.. makikita naman tlga ung attendance note kung ang isang tao ay talgang nagoopen ng site nah toh, i mean.. kung tlga binibisita ng isang member tong site as in nagbabasa basa tlga hnd lang "scanning" makikita nya ung attendance section, tska meron din naman guidelines dun. so i guess hnd kami nagkulang sa paginform about sa attendance, for example.. a certain member.. everyday nah nakikita koh xang online sa GC.. sinasabihan q xa mag attendance, isasagot nya lang "cge.. mya.." so i guess hnd q nah kasalanan kung ayaw nya tlga mag attendance..

and on your part.. mid march mo nalaman right? well the attendance policy started on the first day of february 2010.. naka 1month and a half nah bago mo nalaman ung attendance, (wala akong masamang ibig sabhin dito..) impossibleng hnd mo napansin ang attendance section sa kada bukas mo, kc everyday laging my new post dun so un ang pinakamadaling mapansin nah section besides nah nsa unahan nya, so "probably" each time nah inopen mo tong site ur just scanning (again probably lang), kaw narin nagsabi minsan mo lang toh buksan..

well eto ang isa sa mga weakness ng guild natin.. maraming hnd nagpaparticipate sa mga events.. hnd naman event ang twag sa attendance policy.. "participation" naman ang main focus ng attendance policy.. so their not participating..

Aok. Mid march ko na kasi nalaman tong attendace thing kasi katatapos lang ng exam namin, with all the paper works and projects. So i guess i have an excuse for that. Yeah it's my point of view AS A MEMBER. Well it's a case to case basis. Hindi narin natin masisi yung ibang ka miyembro ko kasi we have different lives. So expected na hindi lahat makakapag attendance in the right time.

Pero if that member was informed to get his/her attendance but he/she
not give attention from the officers command, well kasalanan na nga niya
yun...un ung irresponsible or laziness thing.

But for me, I think this attendance policy will help our newly recruit members to be even more updated in our guild events and some reminders, but the thing here is that are they interested?

Sakin lang, tutal medyo bago pa nmn ung attendance policy, let's give them also a consideration at remind ko lang, yung mga ibang members kids pa, so we just let them know about this policy then it's up to them kung magpaparticipate sila...

at one thing, hindi nmn kasi lahat may pc sa bahay.

THE THOUGHT IS: hindi natin hawak oras nila. Kung ayaw maraming dahilan, kung interesado, maraming paraan. it's just a matter of their interest on what's goin on in our beloved guild.

MY MESSAGE TO MY FELLOW MEMBERS:

Kudosians, i hope we give importance to this attendance policy kasi lalo na sa mga new members, mahihirapan sila makilala kayo. At least in this policy, mag participate nman kayo...

It's also a way of getting in touch with you guys and keeping you updated to the latest news here in our guild.

inupdate ko ang policy sa attendance kahapon meaning...
lahat ng members na pumasok mula jan 1 to feb 29 where attendance policy was applied at the same time ung application ng 3-month probationary ng new members, will be considered as senior members except for those INACTIVE members.

ung pumasok sa guild ng March 1-present, they need to be active in forums, for three months [depende sa guild system ngaun... baka iupdate ko pa...] will be in 3-Months Probationary para maging senior member, in dat way, ma categorize ang mga members...
