they entered january 2010, therefore, their 3rd month would be the end of this month. Lets have a meeting with this people, esp those who has been very inactive from january till present what exactly their plan: to stay or not to stay. khel and clinch were actually considered seniors, however, khel for all we know, rejoined and has been very active, well not here on this site, but online as well as on gcboards. clinch/camaro, on the other hand, before his account was hacked, he was very active; and was inactive lately. But due to seniority, we might need to exclude him, and the rest, we all know who has been very active in forums or not.

when do u think can we call a meeting for them? or do we really have to? since rules were cascaded in the first place and everyone received it, through email, as an announcement. As far as i know i never failed to communicate to everybody regarding rule revisions. i need to face it, this is a challenge for me because each and everyone has been very close to me and i dont want to let go [that's true] but i cannot keep someone that does not want to be kept in the first place.

Official Members entered into the members listing from January to February 2010
are under observation for 3 months from the month-date the member was
officially accepted in the Guild. At any point of INACTIVITY with the
same nature stated above for 3 months straight will lead to automatic
expulsion on the guild without prior notice. The member's activity is
not based on his/her IN-GAME attendance since no one can monitor its
activity so all members now are being requested to be active either in
Kudos Site to stamp their attendance mandatory but being monitored] or
in GC Boards Forums Site.

nakausap ko si limrej through text, nde la daw sha makainternet ng madalas lately

Jon, i will make a thread for those people na me valid reasons for not taking their attendance sa site regularly. atleast we are fully aware of their reasons. post lang sila don.

then from there duon tau magdecide sa mga next plans natin towards them esp dun sa mga bago.
