its easy as we say it but difficult if we try to do it...

to make them feel belong... they must interact with other members...

they cant if nahhya cla...

they cant if busy cla...

they cant if ayaw nla..

for me sa nakikita ko the first and only na hanap ng isang player ay isang "FRIEND/s"<< yan ang pinakamain tlga hanap nila "pra s kin"

wla cla makasama or wla cla kakilala sa guild kya nagiging cause nito aalis n lng cla sa guild,,

kya sna pra mgtagal cla they really need tlga na makisama sa iba hndi pwede ung "hihintayin nya na may kumausap sa knya" xempre u need to show and tell the others wat u like or feel about them

and like ate angie said we need to make them feel they belong

now, if that's the case, can u pls help me conceptualize an idea where in all members will know each other....

Dungeon runs? can only accommodate 4 players at a time

PVP Matches? can only accommodate 6 players at a time

Park Modes? Cannot accommodate all

GC Messenger? IT is not working: they're just Closing the window that i keep on opening for them, and sometimes, Im getting tired of it...

Events or Real Life Guild EB...? Im thinking about it but the time is not realistic...

Dapat, lahat maging proactive sa pagpansin kung ganon, initiate the first move, kung nde ka pansinin, so be it.. tama ba?

dami na akong nakakausap na na fefeeling OP sila kada EB kasi kapag kinakausap ung ibang mga tga guild nka AFK pla well hindi naman maiiwasan un

at sana naman magpansinan taung lahat....

suggestion: gawa ng facebook,myspace,friendster,vampirefreaks o kung anu mang parang ganyan na group site syempre ung private para mga ka-guild lang natin ung makaka-connect tapos dun na tau mag post din ng mga kakulitang updates ^_^

kasi bibihira lang naman kasi magbukas ng forums ang halos lahat ng mga members eh

reason:facebook may laro
friendster may soundtrip
myspace ewan koh
etc etc etc
well di rin naman maiiwasan un

Most of them are kinda "shy" coz they're thinking that this is a "club" guild.. Too bad giving away items here isn't possible here at GC..

Suggesting a weekly event would do.. Like "GC Trivia", "How well do you know ?, or "Date for a day" event..

maganda kung mismong mga admins na mag initiate ng mga pedeng gawin for the guild. tama ung mga eb at pagsama sa mga dungeon runs. pvp is also good bonding. maganda na ipakita na madali taung i approach, at kung hindi mareplayan agad, dapat wag magtampo, lalo na sa situation ni lei, xa admin kea xa ang ATE ng buong guild. sana maging considerate rin ung mga members lalo na ung mga bagong sali kasi let's face it, me kanya2x taung life, not all the time e naka OL sa gc, so bear w/ the situation na lang. understanding between each other is the key. kung me attitude prob, dapat pag usapan yan, and I'm here, Guild Council to fix this mess. a pm to Gaia02 will be much appreciated regarding this, and we'll talk this over. if possible, wag po pasaway.

as a new member..

we must fight as ONE..

we wont go survival if we are only TWO..

and lastly,

we shouldnt split KUDOS into THREE..
